<p><span><span style="font-size:16px;">Many people deal with back pain in their life and I know from experience that it is NO FUN. It makes it hard to enjoy life and do the things that you need to get done. I created this site just to help out people at what little I know. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:16px;">I also listed some products that I and my family used to get great results. Up until this day since 2006 I haven&#8217;t dealt with back pain and it&#8217;s been a blessing. You can read all kinds of articles online but it&#8217;s smart to invest in something of an expert&#8217;s so you can know what really to do. I wrote a nice short article on Lower Back and Hip Pain, to give you a sort of brief understanding.</span></p>

This combination may not sound serious for some, but it is definitely something excruciating to overcome. Back pain can definitely affect an individual&#8217;s life, as having mobility is the number one asset that we cherish. In this article I will be listing some of the causes of <strong>lower back and hip pain</strong>.</span></p>

<p><span><span style="font-size:16px;">1. Sciatica tends to be a complication that can affect the sciatic nerve located in the back. When this nerve becomes bothered in any way, it results in pain ranging from the back all the way down to the legs.</span></span></p>
<p><span><span style="font-size:16px;">2. Injuries anywhere in the back can also result in pain shooting to the lower part of your back and hip. When playing sports or working on a job, it&#8217;s important to do stretches correctly. It only takes certain muscles to get injured in order to see the affects that it will have throughout the whole body. Many people suffer from <strong>lower back and hip pain </strong>due to already injured muscles.</span></span></p>
<p><span><span style="font-size:16px;">3. If you have any kind of arthritic conditions, it can also result in <strong>pain in the hip and lower back</strong>. Believe it or not, there are many type of muscles and joints that are confined within the<strong> low back area</strong>.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:medium;">If you are having <strong>lower back pains </strong>on the <strong>right side</strong>, then your posture can be a major cause. What can cause poor posture you ask? Did you know that for most of the day, we tend to hold our head and arms in front of our body? What this does is cause muscles in the front of our bodies to get relatively short.</span></p>
<p><span><span style="font-size:16px;"><br />

<p><span><span style="font-size:16px;">Your lower right back muscles will get overstretched if they are weak and you aren&#8217;t making a point to strengthen them. The effect behind this is that the <strong>weak back muscles </strong>stop holding you up, but rather lets your spine bend forward at the top.</span></span></p>

<p><span><span style="font-size:16px;">There are several things you can do to improve your posture and get rid of your <strong>lower right back pain. </strong></span></span></p>
<p><span><span style="font-size:16px;">1. The first thing to do is have someone take a picture of you sideways. This allows you to examine your posture and gives you the chance to make sure a lot of important things are in align. When examing your photo see exactly where your head is. If it&#8217;s more than a few inches in front of your body and it looks unnatural then work on that specific area. Lots of people actually don&#8217;t seem to know that positioning their head over their bodies for such a long period is a strain on the lower back.  It is said that if your head and hands happened to be positioned in front of your body, then that indicates you needing strengthening within your back muscles.</span></span></p>
<p><span><span style="font-size:16px;"><br />

<p><span><span style="font-size:16px;">2. If you find that you are having lower right back pain, then create yourself a nice stretching routine. I have a habit of stretching my back muscles every morning and night. This keeps the back in balance and ready to take on any challenges that might be detrimental to a poor back. </span></span></p>

<p><span><span style="font-size:16px;">3. If you are at work, overexaggerate the proper ways to lift and transport heavy material. One of the main complaints of lower back pains comes from the working class. It is important to make sure that we follow the correct procedures when bending and lifting as this is vitally important to whether you will have a healthy back or a weak one!</span></span></p>

<p><span><span style="font-size:16px;">4. Some <strong>lower right back pain </strong>complaints comes from people who have a lot of curve in their back. A good way to naturalize this, is by laying or pressing your back on a solid floor. I once too dealt with an extra curvy spine and in which seemed to up my chances for back spasms.</span></span></p>

<p><span><span style="font-size:16px;">The lower back is always going to be one of those things that you will speculate over in life. Some may find a cure to having a healthy back life and some may not. If you just stick to keeping a healthy posture, stretching, and in serious pain causes, visit a physician, your back will be just fine! </span></span></p>
